First Step Nursery
Sundays, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
First floor, next to parlor (southwest of sanctuary)
We believe each child is a special gift from God. It is our mission to provide quality care for children from birth until the time they enter our “Cherubs Class” as two year olds. We continually strive to make our Nursery care safe and comfortable. Nursery staff will rock, walk and play with children, and feed them if instructed by parents/caregivers. Should a child become ill or inconsolable, we will immediately notify a parent/caregiver with our personal paging system.
Nursery Location & Hours: The Nursery is located on the main floor of our church building just southwest of the Sanctuary. It is open from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. every Sunday and during other special worship celebrations. Children of all ages are welcome in worship; you may bring your infant to the Nursery at any time on Sunday morning. You are also welcome to feed or change your baby in the Nursery. An additional changing table is located in the women’s rest room on the lower level across from the Youth Center.
First Time Visitors: Please take a moment to introduce your family to a First Step Caregiver. We invite all first-time parents to work cooperatively with caregivers to help children become familiar and comfortable with their new surroundings.
