Discovery Circles

At FUMCAH, our small groups are a way to grow in faith and build relationships by “doing life together.”  The emphasis is not on any particular curriculum; resources are used to help the members grow and to share their daily faith journey with one another while encouraging vital discipleship.  While some small groups are ongoing, most have a particular beginning and ending points.  New groups are announced throughout the year. To participate in a Discovery Circle, contact Pastor Lynn.

Study Groups

Faith is both formed and informed when we study together.  At FUMCAH, there are several study groups.  Most welcome new members at any time. Contact Pastor Lynn to participate.

Sunday Morning Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope is a faith formation opportunity designed for adults and older students. Presenters share information on a particular topic followed by ample time for questions. Join these “colorful” sessions whenever the spirit moves you,. Just like the tubes of colored glass, FUMCAH’s Kaleidoscope if always changing. Sundays, 10:45 a.m. (directly after worship).

Sisters

"Sisters" is a small group where women can authentically share faith, be challenged (perhaps) with new ideas and spiritual practices, and support one another on life journeys - all within one hour a week!  They meet on Wednesday evenings, 7:30-8:30 pm, from September through April.  A particular book is the stimulus for discussion each season. Wednesdays, 7:15 p.m. Contact Pastor Lynn to participate.
