Partners for Our Communities (POC) is located in Palatine and empowers underserved people to develop self-sufficiency and become leaders in their communities. They provide a wealth of assistance to the community including: ESL support, tutoring, childcare, job search assistance, help preparing for US citizenship, after school programs, and a clothes closet.
