The Mission of the month of April is Heifer International, an organization devoted to ending hunger and poverty world-wide. Their work begins with a "seed investment" of agriculture or livestock, which is followed by training and mentoring as families build small businesses, improving their access to supply chains and markets.

A gift of $20 can provide a family with a flock of chicks, ducks, or geese. Donate $60 and a family can receive a trio of rabbits. A donation of $500 can provide a family with a heifer. Learn more at www.heifer.org.

All donations to Missions during the month of April will go to Heifer International. In addition, our children will help out by collecting a Noisy Offering on Sunday, April 19. That donation will go to Heifer International as well. So please start saving your change and we'll make some noise for Heifer International on April 19!
