FUMCAH will be hosting a service day on Monday, January 16, 2023 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Anyone in the community is welcome to join us! We'll be gathering for a short worship service at 10am at the church. We'll have a number of family-friendly projects at FUMCAH from 10:15-11:30am, including things such as making Linus Blankets, dog biscuits for a shelter, placemats for Meals on Wheels, donations bags with toiletries for Care for Real, and more! You may also opt to serve at three other locations: Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg from 11:30am to 1:15pm (ages 5 and up), Bernie's Book Bank in Lake Bluff from 1-3pm (ages 5 and up), or Wings resale store in Arlington Heights from 10am-5pm. Sign up here for where you'd like to participate.
